Rules
Several rules came to the use over the years this pub stands. All have their reason.
IC
- No fights with weapons or magic
- No tabs
- No staff harassment
- Don't lick the bench
- This is not Ishgard, this is BrumeOOC
- Mature topics and themes may be involved
- Respect other players
- Don't push IC drama before OOC agreement
- Respect the setting. Keep this as a true safe haven for shady characters. There are many other places where law enforcers can arrest us, decent citizens, if caught.
Backstories
The pub is full of people and items. And each of that has a story of their own. Some intriguing, some plain, and some just better not to know.
The Downstairs
There is a reason a bouncer is standing in the entrance to the basement. It is said only truly shady characters can venture in the lowers floor of the pub. And that words spoken there are also safe from any prying eye. Who would betray theit own, innit? The Bench at the Yard
There was an incident. Three winters ago. It took a week before the birds ate the remnants of flesh stuck on the metal frame. The Blossoming Tree
No one knows how it got here. No one knows why it didn't end as a firewood. Luckily enough, its blossoms are too bitter to be eaten. Some people in the past were not lucky.
The Fish and the Admiral
It is one of the first things that a patron can notice upon entering the place. It is clear what the owner of this place found important on the painting. The Lonely Sandwich
A long forgotten piece of someone's breakfast. The only trouble is, no one knows whose breakfast. And so the food lives its own life on the counter. The Owner
No one never saw him. The staff only refers to them as 'boss'. It is not even clear if it is a man or a woman. The Fancy Pedestal
Once a nice and chic furniture, maybe holding a golden vase, a bust bearing the family jewels. Now, it serves as the bucket stand. Definitely stolen.
